Job Summary

As a Retail Store Associate, you will provide differentiated customer service, demonstrate compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identify and resolve potential service problems. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to all departments, including photo and beauty
• Performing cashier duties with precision and following company guidelines and procedures
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing records
• Assisting with opening and closing store activities, as needed
• Presenting customer support to all departments and ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
• Assisting pharmacy personnel, as needed, and operating daily shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development
• Embracing and advocating for new CVS offerings and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Meet physical requirements, including standing upright on feet for sustained periods, lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force, and having close visual acuity
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a retail or customer service setting is desirable.
