Implementation Manager

Apperio, a recently acquired PERSUIT company, is a legal technology platform that enables in-house legal teams and their law firms to collaborate with transparency and efficiency. Our SaaS solution allows law firms to share billing and matter data in real time, giving clients visibility over legal spend while fostering trust and accelerating value creation.

As part of the PERSUIT family, Apperio is entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Implementation Manager to join our Delivery team. You will lead the onboarding of enterprise clients to the Apperio platform, engaging senior legal and operations stakeholders to ensure a smooth, successful, and timely implementation. You’ll also help refine our onboarding strategy and processes as we scale.

• Own and manage onboarding of 6–12 client organizations at various stages of implementation
• Lead kickoff calls, data integration sessions, and executive briefings
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing clear communication and building trust
• Escalate roadblocks, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally
• Define and improve onboarding playbooks, documentation, and processes
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader Delivery strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS, legal operations, or consulting
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple implementations
• Executive presence and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, and BI platforms
• Strategic thinking and a bias toward action
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Remote (US) or on-site in NYC
