As an Information Entry Clerk II, you will play a critical role in maintaining our data integrity and ensuring that our records reflect the quality and uniqueness of our offerings. Responsibilities • Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems. • Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and reliability. • Assist in generating reports and summarizing data as required. • Support the team in organizing and maintaining documentation and files. • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows. • Respond to data inquiries from internal departments and assist in problem resolution. • Train and guide new team members on data entry protocols and systems. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or administration is a plus. • Proven experience in data entry or information management roles, preferably in the sports industry. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and entry tasks. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) • Stock Option Plan Apply Job!
