- Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 2 Mbps upload speed. Internet must be delivered via a home router with a direct Ethernet connection to your PC or laptop — shared or public WiFi, satellite connections, dial-up, mobile hotspots, and 5G wireless internet do not meet our security and reliability standards.
- A dependable computer (PC or laptop) connected via Ethernet to your home router. Wireless connections are not acceptable for the primary work device.
- A reliable power strip to ensure your equipment remains powered through any electrical fluctuations.
- A mobile phone or landline for work communications. A mobile phone is acceptable as long as it provides unlimited calling minutes and maintains strong, consistent cell service with good battery life throughout your shift.

Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time position with an expected commitment of 40 hours per week. Shifts are available on both day and evening schedules, with 8-hour shift structures designed to provide flexibility while meeting our clients' needs. While the position is remote and allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, all candidates must be able to attend an in-person orientation in Oxford, Ohio. A reliable commute to the Cincinnati, Ohio area for onboarding purposes is required.
