Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will

Essential Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Residency: Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin.
  • Technical Setup: Own a PC or laptop that meets the Preferred Computer Requirements (see below) and a dedicated high‑speed wired internet connection.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, articulate spoken English with a friendly tone; ability to listen actively and respond empathetically.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance, punctuality, and a professional home work environment free from distractions.

Training & Onboarding

All new hires must complete a mandatory training program that aligns with the shift they will be assigned to. Training is conducted live, Monday through Friday, and includes hands‑on practice with arenaflex’s proprietary systems.

  • First‑Shift Training: 2 weeks, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
  • Second‑Shift Training: 2 weeks, 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm.
  • Weekend Training: 3 weekends, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Successful completion of training is required before you can begin handling live customer calls.   • Base Pay: $14.00 per hour.
