Position Overview

This is a full‑time, remote position based in the United States. You will work a flexible schedule ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, with shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on operational demand. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for freight customers via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and fostering long‑term relationships.
  • Shipment Coordination: Book, track, and manage cargo shipments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, weight limits, and documentation requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot freight‑related challenges, such as delayed deliveries, customs holds, or documentation discrepancies, and implement timely solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, ground handling, and flight crew teams to synchronize schedules, allocate resources, and guarantee on‑time departures.
  • Data Management: Maintain precise records in arenaflex’s cargo management system, updating shipment status, customer notes, and performance metrics.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow industry‑standard handling procedures for cargo up to 50 lb.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance processes, reduce turnaround times, and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training programs, mentorship sessions, and certification courses to stay current with industry trends and arenaflex’s evolving technology stack.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, web browsers, and standard office software.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lb on occasion.
  • Willingness to wear company‑approved PPE such as hearing protection, safety toe shoes, hard hat, and high‑visibility apparel when required.
