As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will be the essential bridge between our online shoppers and the in‑store experience. You will guide prospective buyers through every step of their vehicle journey—from the first inquiry to financing, appraisal, and final delivery—ensuring a seamless, enjoyable, and trustworthy process. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound customers via phone, chat, and email to uncover their vehicle preferences, budget constraints, and lifestyle needs.
  • Leverage arenaflex’s extensive inventory to recommend vehicles that align with each customer’s unique criteria, highlighting features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Guide customers through the entire purchase lifecycle, including online sales, trade‑in appraisals, financing applications, and scheduling of vehicle delivery or in‑store pickup.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from the digital environment to the physical dealership, ensuring that customers feel confident and supported throughout.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining arenaflex’s iconic standard of customer service excellence.
  • Mentor and coach teammates as you gain expertise, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.
  • Obtain the required Automotive Sales Person License in designated states, which may involve testing and occasional travel for in‑person application processes.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay current on industry trends, new vehicle releases, and financing programs.
  • Provide feedback to management on common customer pain points and opportunities for process improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments—preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
  • Exceptional listening skills and a genuine customer‑centric mindset.
  • High level of self‑motivation and a track record of meeting or surpassing performance goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly.
  • Comfortable using multiple technology platforms; proficient with computers, CRM systems, and online research tools.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.
  • Willingness to adjust schedule twice per year in response to operational demands.
  • Ability to work on‑site one day per week (hybrid model) and reside within a 60‑mile (approximately one‑hour) radius of the arenaflex Customer Experience Center in Denver.

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related licensing process.
  • Familiarity with financing concepts, credit evaluation, and loan application procedures.
  • Experience mentoring or training new hires in a sales or service environment.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and using metrics to improve personal and team performance.
  • Multilingual abilities that enhance communication with a diverse customer base.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • An hourly base rate ranging from $18.00 to $26.70, commensurate with experience and performance.
  • Performance‑based sales incentives that reward high achievers beyond the base wage.
  • Comprehensive paid time off, including up to 48 hours of sick leave per year and vacation accruals ranging from 80 to 200 hours after a 90‑day waiting period, based on tenure.
  • Eight paid holidays plus a floating holiday, with premium pay for holiday work.
