About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice and writing hand that our customers rely on during critical moments of their travel planning. Whether they’re booking a dream vacation, adjusting a complex itinerary, or seeking guidance through unexpected changes, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of care, accuracy, and professionalism.

Your primary mission will be to deliver outstanding customer service through phone and email channels, providing clear, accurate, and helpful information about a wide range of travel-related services — including new bookings, rebookings, cancellations, air and rail travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, and more. Every customer interaction is unique, and your ability to tailor solutions to individual needs will directly contribute to the smooth journeys of countless travelers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email, consistently exceeding expectations in tone, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Provide Accurate Travel Information: Offer detailed, up-to-date information on new bookings, rebooking options, cancellations, air and rail travel policies, hotel reservations, and related services.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Identify and analyze each customer’s specific situation, then craft personalized solutions that ensure their travel plans proceed smoothly and stress-free.
  • Navigate Complex Scenarios: Handle a variety of customer needs, from straightforward inquiries to more intricate challenges requiring resourceful problem-solving and empathetic communication.
  • Maintain Service Quality Standards: Adhere to arenaflex’s established quality benchmarks, performance metrics, and compliance guidelines while delivering service that delights.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Accurately log all customer communications, transactions, and resolutions within our systems to ensure seamless continuity of service.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to escalate issues, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay Current on Product Knowledge: Continuously update your understanding of travel industry trends, company offerings, and internal tools to provide informed assistance.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required, along with a strong command of English to communicate effectively with international colleagues and resources.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to delivering memorable customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and a resourceful approach to identifying solutions for diverse customer scenarios.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work dynamic schedules, including 8.5-hour shifts scheduled between 9 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Sunday.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfort with computer systems, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools; ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Reliable Home Office Setup: A quiet, professional workspace with stable internet connectivity to support remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, contact center, or hospitality environments.
  • Background in travel, tourism, airline, or hospitality industries.
  • Familiarity with booking systems, reservation platforms, or travel management tools.
  • Experience working remotely or in distributed team environments.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.

  • Competitive Base Salary: A starting salary of 2,300 EUR gross per month, providing a solid foundation for your financial goals.

Work-Life Balance
