Position Overview

The Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, verifying, and maintaining a wide variety of data across multiple systems and platforms. Your primary focus will be on ensuring data integrity, managing large volumes of information efficiently, and performing routine data cleanup tasks to support the broader administrative team. This position requires a high level of accuracy, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting deadlines.

Working closely with cross-functional departments, you will play a key role in supporting operational reporting, document organization, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various systems, databases, and digital platforms used by arenaflex.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records and manage database systems to ensure seamless information retrieval.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and data cleanup activities to uphold the integrity of company records.
  • Handle and organize both physical and digital documents, ensuring proper filing, archiving, and accessibility.
  • Generate, prepare, and distribute data reports as requested by management and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide reliable administrative support.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive client and organizational information.
  • Manage time effectively to balance multiple priorities and consistently meet established deadlines.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to data entry workflows, management processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ADP to support customer relationship and human resources data management.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the Administrative team lead.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for the Data Entry Specialist role at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 0 to 2+ years of professional experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, ADP, or comparable platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel (experience with VLOOKUPs is a strong plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Willingness to ask questions, seek clarification, and follow daily instructions carefully.

  • Residency in the United States or Canada is required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications
