Responsibilities
- Source candidates using a variety of tools
- Send personalized outreach messages
- Conduct candidate screening & qualification calls
- Learn fundamentals of the trade (training provided)
- Research local manufacturers and talent markets
- Assist with candidate submissions
- Support interview coordination & follow-up
- Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records
