[Remote] Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and executing all aspects of marketing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones for marketing campaigns and initiatives that are aligned with Marketing standard practice
  • Responsible for the execution of multiple simultaneous projects and campaigns, overseeing the full project lifecycle up to project completion
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams at various levels, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of marketing projects including identifying, escalating and removing blockers for the team
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, partnerships, product, customer experience, and more, facilitating regular communication and updates around progress and changes
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, outcomes, and lessons learned to functional leaders
  • Foster a culture of flexibility within the team, encouraging responsiveness and agility in project execution
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes

Skills

  • 4+ years of experience managing projects in e-commerce or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
  • Proficiency in Jira or a similar project management software
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Exhibits strong initiative and self-motivation, maintaining high personal standards and delivering quality results with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to adapt and support project teams through change
