  • Provide clear, accurate education on insurance coverage, reimbursement processes, and pharmacy benefits, escalating complex issues to a pharmacist when necessary.
  • Document all interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a high first‑call resolution rate by actively listening, empathizing, and offering practical solutions.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional education or certifications in health‑care, pharmacy, or related fields are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in pharmacy services, medication therapy management, or health‑care insurance navigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex medical or insurance concepts in plain language.
  • Strong problem‑solving aptitude with a proactive, self‑directed work style.
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
