Why This Role Matters

At arenaflex, innovation isn’t a buzzword – it’s embedded in our DNA. The Creative Production Innovation Management team (formerly known as Creative Production) partners with Product Discovery & Delivery (PDP) to translate bold ideas into tangible products that delight audiences worldwide. As an Entry‑Level Data Entry & Program Management Associate, you will be at the heart of this transformation, helping to shape early‑stage product concepts, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and ensure that every program delivers measurable impact on time and within budget.

Role Overview

This position is based in Norway and is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys turning ambiguous, high‑impact ideas into structured programs. You will work closely with senior program managers, product managers, engineers, and data analysts to drive innovation pipelines from ideation through execution. While the title emphasizes data entry, the role expands far beyond simple data tasks – you will be a strategic partner, a project coordinator, and a champion of arenaflex’s core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Innovation‑Focused Programs: Own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, technically challenging initiatives that align with arenaflex’s product strategy.
  • Feasibility & Effort Estimation: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and effort‑size assessments for new feature concepts, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between PDP leadership, product managers, engineering, and design teams to translate early‑stage ideas into concrete project plans.
  • Roadmap Alignment: Partner with product managers to integrate program deliverables into the broader innovation roadmap, providing proactive guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work closely with product operations, engineering, and data science teams to synchronize priorities, execution schedules, and release milestones.
  • Opportunity Identification: Analyze portfolio data to surface trends, gaps, and high‑impact opportunities that could drive greater member engagement and revenue growth.
  • Program Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed program artifacts, including roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, risk registers, and status communications for senior leadership.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate potential roadblocks, develop mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders informed of changes to scope, schedule, or resources.
  • Resource Optimization: Assist in budgeting and resource allocation to maximize the efficiency and impact of each program.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Provide candid, constructive feedback to teams and champion a culture of learning and iterative improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in program or project management within a product‑focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, especially in fast‑moving, technology‑driven organizations.
  • Proven track record of influencing cross‑functional teams and securing stakeholder buy‑in.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.
  • Alignment with arenaflex’s cultural values: curiosity, courage, inclusion, and a passion for delivering member‑centric outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global streaming or entertainment company.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Background in data‑driven decision making, A/B testing, and product analytics.
  • Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, and cost‑benefit analysis for large‑scale programs.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile (CSM, SAFe).

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize large amounts of data, identify patterns, and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Leadership Presence: Even without direct authority, you can motivate teams, drive consensus, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift quickly and ambiguity is the norm.
  • Detail Orientation: Meticulous in tracking program artifacts, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working across cultures, disciplines, and time zones.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proactive in identifying risks early and crafting effective mitigation plans.

arenaflex invests heavily in the professional development of its employees. As a member of the Creative Production Innovation Management team, you will have access to:

  • Mentorship from senior program managers and product leaders.
  • Internal training programs covering advanced project management, data analytics, and product strategy.
  • Opportunities to rotate across product, engineering, and data science groups, broadening your skill set.
  • Participation in global hackathons and innovation challenges that encourage creative thinking.
  • A clear career ladder that can lead to senior program manager, product lead, or strategic operations roles within arenaflex.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

While specific salary details will be discussed during the interview process, arenaflex offers a competitive total rewards package that includes:

  • Base salary aligned with market benchmarks for Norway.
  • Annual performance‑based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Generous paid time off and flexible work arrangements.
