Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Remote Data Entry Processor to join our high‑performing Business Processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, classifying, and verifying large volumes of client data, ensuring compliance with strict quality standards and client‑specific guidelines. You will work primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time, with the flexibility to adapt to occasional weekend needs based on business demand. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position that offers a competitive wage, comprehensive benefits, and the tools you need to succeed—all from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with a minimum accuracy rate of 99 % in accordance with client specifications.
  • Identify, sort, and classify a variety of document types—including MEDI forms, invoices, contracts, and other client‑provided records—using established taxonomy and workflow guidelines.
  • Execute verification procedures to confirm data integrity, flag inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies through systematic problem‑solving.
  • Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to continuously improve processing efficiency and reduce error rates.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of work performed, including timestamps, batch numbers, and any corrective actions taken.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s security protocols, data privacy policies, and regulatory compliance standards at all times.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, performance reviews, and knowledge‑sharing forums to stay current with evolving client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from peers, supervisors, and client contacts.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by handling multiple task types (e.g., data entry, verification, MEDI processing) within a single shift while maintaining focus and accuracy.
  • Contribute ideas for process automation, workflow optimization, and technology adoption that can enhance overall productivity.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional post‑secondary education is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an office or remote work environment that involved data handling, clerical duties, or customer service.
  • Proven typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Fundamental proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic internet navigation skills.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while maintaining focus and posture.
  • Strong self‑motivation and the capacity to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering error‑free work.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, ergonomically suitable home workspace.
  • Willingness to undergo a typing assessment and background verification as part of the onboarding process.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with data‑entry platforms, OCR software, or document management systems.
  • Familiarity with industry‑specific terminology (e.g., healthcare, finance, government) that can accelerate learning curves.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues and navigate software updates independently.
  • Previous exposure to remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.
  • Multilingual capabilities or experience handling documents in multiple languages, which is highly valued in our multicultural client base.
  • Certification in data privacy (e.g., CIPP/US) or related compliance training.

Core Competencies & Attributes

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies, typographical errors, and formatting issues that could impact downstream processes.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capacity to interpret client instructions, prioritize tasks, and make data‑driven decisions quickly.
  • Time Management: Skill in balancing multiple assignments, meeting deadlines, and maintaining productivity throughout the workday.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to share knowledge, support peers, and contribute to a positive, solution‑focused team dynamic.
