Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, licensed insurance professional to join our remote team as a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative – Property & Casualty (P&C). In this role you will blend the art of empathetic customer service with the science of insurance sales, helping clients navigate coverage options, process enrollments, and enjoy seamless, authentic experiences—all from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • U.S. residency or a valid U.S. mailing address.
  • Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly preferred and eligible for a differential bonus.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
