Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring a Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing aviation support division. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance across phone, email, chat, and digital channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels, delivering accurate information and solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, and marketing teams to communicate customer trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on aviation policies, technology updates, regulatory changes, and best-in-class customer service practices.
  • Maintain a high level of empathy, patience, and professionalism when handling escalated or complex customer issues.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates.
