As a Senior Data Entry & Voice‑of‑Customer Analyst you will be at the heart of arenaflex’s Customer Listening Team. You will help shape the way we capture, analyze, and act on the “voice of the customer” (VoC) across more than 20 countries and in over 10 languages. Your work will directly influence product strategy, service improvements, and the overall satisfaction of millions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate commercial requirements into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data models that support high‑volume statistical processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Leverage big‑data technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Python) to deliver batch and real‑time analytical solutions with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
• Build and optimize data pipelines that ingest, transform, and store VoC data from the arenaflex Survey & Dashboard Platform.
• Collaborate with product owners, agile development teams, and data engineers to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements.
• Automate repetitive data‑entry tasks and develop tooling to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and performance tuning to guarantee reliable analytics across diverse use cases.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on best practices in data modeling, ETL processes, and big‑data frameworks.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously evolve arenaflex’s data strategy.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience with Hive/Hadoop ecosystems, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data architectures for large‑scale analytics.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, delivering incremental value in short sprints.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus, given arenaflex’s multilingual operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with survey platforms and customer feedback tools, especially the arenaflex Survey & Dashboard solution.
• Experience in building data‑driven products for consumer‑facing applications.
• Certification in Big Data or Data Engineering (e.g., Cloudera, Hortonworks).
