As a Remote Data Entry Specialist on the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be the backbone of our candidate sourcing engine. Key Responsibilities

Core Data Management & Candidate Outreach

  • Support the Recruiting function by identifying, vetting, and initiating contact with potential candidates across a variety of job portals and professional networks.
  • Enter candidate information accurately into our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring that every data point—from contact details to skill tags—is captured without error.
  • Maintain and update job postings on multiple platforms, monitoring performance metrics such as click‑through rates, application volumes, and conversion ratios.
  • Conduct regular audits of candidate data to spot inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or outdated information, and implement corrective actions promptly.

Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze existing sourcing workflows and propose data‑driven enhancements that increase efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and improve candidate quality.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop new sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, social media outreach, and niche community engagement.
  • Document best practices and create reference guides that help the broader Talent Acquisition team adopt standardized, high‑impact processes.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and project leads to understand specific talent requirements and translate them into actionable data collection plans.
  • Provide regular status reports on candidate pipeline health, highlighting trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for proactive outreach.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings across time zones, contributing insights that reflect the multicultural nature of our workforce.

Essential Qualifications
