Key Responsibilities

  • CV Management: Organize, update, and maintain a centralized repository of candidate CVs, ensuring each profile is complete, correctly tagged, and searchable.
  • Data Entry & Validation: Accurately extract relevant information from CVs—such as work history, education, certifications, and skill sets—and input it into arenaflex’s applicant tracking system (ATS) with zero errors.
  • Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct regular audits of the CV database to verify data integrity, resolve inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Candidate Communication: Liaise with candidates via email or chat to request missing documents, clarify ambiguous details, and confirm the accuracy of entered data.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with recruitment coordinators and hiring managers to prioritize high‑impact CVs, flag urgent cases, and streamline workflow handoffs.

Essential Qualifications
