Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Deliver Premium Guest Service: Greet premium passengers by name, provide a warm welcome, and ensure they feel recognized and valued throughout their airport experience.
  • Membership & Lounge Management: Verify eligibility for clubs and lounges, issue access credentials, and assist guests with Wi‑Fi passwords, amenities, and any special requests.
  • Reservation Handling: Create, modify, and cancel flight bookings using industry‑standard platforms such as SABRE and QIK, while maintaining strict accuracy and compliance.
  • Passenger Support: Manage flight changes, re‑bookings, and special assistance requests, ensuring seamless travel for premium customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Escalate complex concerns to senior support teams, document all interactions in the Passenger Name Record (PNR), and follow up to guarantee resolution.
  • Club Operations: Oversee lounge opening and closing procedures, coordinate catering and cleaning services, and monitor inventory of refreshments and amenities.
  • Technology Assistance: Help guests navigate in‑lounge technology, from entertainment systems to charging stations, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Reserve and prepare meeting rooms for on‑the‑spot business needs, including catering and equipment setup.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to FAA, TSA, and arenaflex security protocols, wear required uniforms, and complete all mandatory training modules.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with catering, housekeeping, and security staff to ensure a smooth, coordinated service delivery.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (any discipline).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to pass FAA background checks and obtain necessary airport security credentials.
  • Demonstrated customer‑service orientation with a genuine desire to help travelers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency with computers and familiarity with reservation systems (training will be provided).
