With a legacy of pioneering innovations and a commitment to protecting the most critical assets of government agencies, Fortune 500 enterprises, and emerging tech firms, arenaflex empowers organizations to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats. Our mission is to deliver world‑class security solutions that combine cutting‑edge technology with deep industry expertise, fostering a safer digital ecosystem for our clients worldwide.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Technical Lead – Data Entry & Threat Intelligence Management to join our remote‑first team. In this pivotal role, you will translate complex security and operational requirements into clear, actionable intelligence for our clients. You will also serve as a conduit for the broader practice of digital security, threat intelligence, and data operations, guiding both internal teams and external stakeholders toward effective risk mitigation and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end data entry workflow for threat intelligence (TI) feeds, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance for client‑facing deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, product, and client services—to design and implement scalable TI ingestion pipelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison between arenaflex and client security or operational teams, translating technical findings into business‑focused insights.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, briefings, and reports that convey raw sensor data, incident response actions, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Mentor junior analysts and new TI team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive the creation and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery across the Detect, Protect, Respond, and Recover phases.
  • Participate in client briefings, executive presentations, and technical workshops, tailoring messaging to senior leadership, operational staff, and technical specialists.
  • Maintain compliance with US Government security clearance requirements, including Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) with polygraph, and ensure all work adheres to relevant regulations.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging threat landscapes, recommending enhancements to arenaflex’s TI platforms and services.
  • Support the development of automated analytics and machine‑learning models that augment manual TI analysis, improving detection speed and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in threat intelligence within a client‑facing environment.
  • Hands‑on expertise with CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) processes and tools across at least one functional area: Detect, Protect, Respond, or Recover.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance with polygraph eligibility.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize raw data into concise, actionable reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling, analyzing, and operationalizing classified CTI in a production environment, supporting detection, investigation, and response capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of CTI methodologies and the ability to coach and mentor emerging CTI professionals.
  • Proficiency in translating complex technical data into clear briefings for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of delivering compelling presentations to executive leadership.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop systematic approaches, and influence cross‑functional partners.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with SIEM platforms, threat feeds, malware analysis tools, and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, anticipate future threats, and align TI initiatives with client business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Proven teamwork in fast‑paced, evolving environments, with a focus on building strong relationships across disciplines.
  • Leadership: Experience leading technical teams, driving projects to completion, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Strong storytelling ability to convey technical concepts in a compelling, accessible manner.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with shifting priorities, emerging technologies, and dynamic client requirements.

  • Attendance at industry conferences, workshops, and internal knowledge‑sharing events.
  • Clear pathways to senior management roles, including Director of Threat Intelligence, Chief Security Officer, or Product Strategy leadership.
