  • Assist customers in building and testing AI/ML models using arenaflex’s specialized hardware (e.g., Tensor Processing Units) and software frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Python.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to relay customer feedback, influence roadmap decisions, and help shape future product enhancements.
  • Develop and present solution architectures, migration strategies, and cost‑optimization plans tailored to each client’s unique environment.

  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging cloud trends, AI advancements, and competitive offerings to ensure customers receive the most relevant advice.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fundamental understanding of virtualization, cloud computing concepts, and distributed system design.
  • Exposure to large‑scale data processing, AI/ML pipelines, or programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and a passion for translating technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and familiarity with deep‑learning architectures (CNN, LSTM, Transformers).
  • Experience designing or implementing APIs, microservices, or containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of data engineering tools (Apache Spark, Hadoop) and big‑data storage solutions (BigQuery, Data Lake).
  • Prior internship or project work involving cloud migration, infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, CloudFormation), or DevOps practices.
  • Customer‑facing experience—whether through technical support, consulting, or sales enablement—demonstrating empathy and problem‑solving acumen.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Prioritize client success, listen actively, and tailor solutions to meet specific business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly across cross‑functional teams—Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support—to deliver cohesive outcomes.
  • Innovation: Stay curious about emerging technologies, propose creative approaches, and contribute ideas that drive continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Break down complex challenges into manageable steps, diagnose root causes, and implement effective fixes.
  • Communication: Articulate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences, craft persuasive presentations, and produce clear documentation.
