They are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help scale their go-to-market motion, focusing on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation while collaborating closely with sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting efforts, primarily through cold email and written outreach
  • Research and engage prospective customers with thoughtful, tailored messaging
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales leaders
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing partners to refine messaging and targeting
  • Contribute to improving processes, playbooks, and outbound strategy as the team grows

Skills

  • Interest in sales and a strong desire to learn and develop professionally
  • Familiarity with startups, venture-backed businesses, or high-growth environments
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
  • Prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or venture-backed companies is a plus but not required
  • Open to recent graduates and early-career candidates
