Candidate will need to be local remote, residing near any of these Sanford Health Systems regional locations: Marshfield, WI, Sioux Falls, SD, or Fargo, ND. Candidate must be in one of these locations already, or willing to relocate.

JOB SUMMARY

The Solutions Analyst Senior will collaborate with IS and Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) business areas to ensure the successful implementation, optimization, maintenance and support of relevant applications and solutions needed to support the MCHS strategic and business imperatives. This individual will become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about multiple core business and clinical functions, processes and workflows associated with MCHS lines of business, possessing cross-functional knowledge and the ability to leverage this experience across multiple operational areas. The Solutions Analyst Senior will communicate the current and potential capabilities of IT solutions and services, ensuring proper workflow and configuration of the technology are reliable, effective and efficient and in alignment with upstream and downstream solutions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field, and three years in Solutions/Systems/Business Analyst role or related operational position.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field, and five years in Solutions/Systems/Business Analyst role or related operational position.
• Technical diploma in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related technical field, and eight years in Solutions/Systems/Business Analyst role or related operational position.

Preferred/Optional: Five years in Solutions/Systems/Business Analyst role or related operational position. Software development lifecycle management.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
