You

You are world class in helping enterprises see how new technologies can help transform the way they work. You are obsessed with finding the most effective ways to bring technology solutions to life for both IT and business customers. You listen carefully to understand the customer’s job-to-be-done, and translate that into immersive experiences that help them see their future. You have an extensive understanding of typical large enterprise systems and how they might integrate into transformational AI approaches. You have a deep curiosity to learn customers’ unique cultures and processes in order to tailor the best possible solution for their needs.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business)
  • 3 + years of practical experience in enterprise software implementation, or business process consulting, preferably in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or related solutions.
  • Experience leading two or more software implementations, directly managing modules or workstreams across all project stages, including design, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Strong business process design and configuration knowledge, with expertise in key enterprise processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex implementations on time and within scope.
  • Specialized aptitude with the ability to configure software, understand technical components of software implementations, including integrations and APIs, and apply them to develop and deliver solutions.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customers’ existing technology stacks (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms) and recommend optimized business processes to maximize value.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with executive, business process owners and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to articulate the business value of technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation skills, in particular through product demos.
  • Experience with data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and their application in a business context is a significant plus.
  • Some understanding of core supply chain processes, for example including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution is a plus.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for customer meetings.
  • What you will do:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Regrello’s solutions and customization to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, technical environments, and strategic objectives, translating these into tailored implementation plans.
  • Scope solutions based on client requirements and develop timelines to deliver the scoped solution effectively, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, deliver training sessions, and configure solutions to align client stakeholders (executive, functional/technical, and operational) with Regrello’s platform, ensuring seamless adoption and effective integration with client business processes.
  • Develop and maintain deep functional expertise in Regrello’s solutions, including its AI/ML capabilities, to design and implement scalable solutions that optimize and automate client business processes.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to key stakeholders, clearly articulating the value proposition
  • Quantify the potential business value (ROI, cost savings, efficiency gains) that clients can achieve by adopting Regrello’s solutions.
  • Plan, execute, and manage Proof of Concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of our solution in a client's specific environment.
  • Contribute to the development of implementation methodologies, best practices, and internal tools to improve delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies in the supply chain and AI space.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support, focusing on long-term client success.
  • Provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams based on client interactions and market insights to help shape the future direction of our platform.
