Position overview:
As a Senior Data Developer, you will design and implement scalable data solutions that drive business value for our global clients. Working with modern data stacks in cloud environments, you'll develop robust data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement effective data governance practices. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to process large volumes of data efficientlyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usabilityImplement and maintain data quality measures throughout the data lifecycleCreate and optimize dimensional data models to support analytical needsDevelop and maintain Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions for our clientsImplement data governance practices including cataloging and lineage trackingConfigure and manage CI/CD pipelines for ETL processesRequired skills and Qualifications
- Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience working with international clients
- Strong coding experience with Python
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT
- Proven background in data engineering with modern data stacks
- Experience in Azure cloud environments using SQL and/or Spark (with Apache Airflow and Dataforms)
- Knowledge of data quality practices and implementation methods
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes
- Expertise in dimensional data modeling
- Experience implementing and working with Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions
- Understanding of Data Governance principles
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience with on-premise data solutions
- Advanced SQL query optimization skills
