Key Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to lead package integration and design efforts
• Collaborate with external partners to bring packaging solutions from concept to high-volume manufacturing
• Develop and implement innovative packaging solutions, including package, module, and technology development
• Travel globally (up to 10%) to drive industry-leading packaging solutions and specifications

Requirements:

• BS degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in semiconductor packaging configuration, process, and innovation development
• Strong understanding of cross-functional packaging areas, including Si floor planning, package layout and architecture, and more
• Proficiency in advanced packaging technologies and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and manage teams
