As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our directors, manage executive calendars, and serve as a point of contact for the business unit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to one or more directors, managing executive calendars with attention to detail
  • Serve as a point of contact for the business unit, answering questions and directing requests to appropriate partners
  • Organize and schedule team and department meetings, including arranging audiovisual equipment and taking meeting minutes
  • Perform various administrative projects, such as budget tracking, creating reports, and maintaining databases
  • Develop working relationships with the supported team and actively engage with the administrative team to share best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant or coordinator role
  • Prior experience supporting a licensed business model
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated confidence, composure, and professionalism in a business setting
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of general office administration, procedures, and equipment
  • Aptitude for learning new concepts on the job
