Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Call Center Representative to join our team at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL. As a key member of our Guest Services Call Center, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service to a diverse range of guests, including onsite visitors, via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Answer general questions and provide support on various topics related to Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
  • Resolve conflicts and make decisions quickly, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy
  • Work effectively in a team environment, adapting to fluctuating operational needs and priorities
  • Maintain confidentiality with critical information and handle sensitive situations with discretion

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows environment and comfortable working on dual monitors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and make decisions quickly
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
  • Three weeks of full availability during training
