We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations at the iconic Walt Disney World Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering immersive and exceptional guest experiences, while driving operational excellence and team development.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with guests and cast members to resolve issues and exceed expectations
  • Develop and lead a diverse team, recognizing and holding cast members accountable for delivering excellence
  • Act as a teacher and developer, taking a sincere interest in the cast's success and growth
  • Advocate for change, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with other leadership teams to drive shared goals and objectives
  • Provide operational perspective in project planning and departmental meetings
  • Make balanced daily operational decisions benefiting guests, cast members, and business demands

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within Food & Beverage
  • Experience with multiple styles of service (Quick Service, Table Service, Concierge, Bar/Lounge, & Pool/Cabanas)
  • Ability to lead a team, hold self and others accountable, and manage conflict
  • Demonstrated operational guest service experience and skills
  • Proficient in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment
  • Understanding of financial aspects of operations, including operating budget, revenue, labor, and inventory systems
