About the Role: As a Lead Virtual Executive Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, working independently to provide high-level administrative support. Your responsibilities will include calendar management, inbox management, research projects, document management, travel booking, event planning, and establishing systems and procedures to improve our clients' administrative and operational functions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative support at the executive level
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Canva, Asana, and Loom
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace with good lighting
- Availability for team meetings on Wednesdays between 8:15am - 10:30am PST
