Job Summary:

We're looking for a reliable and organized individual to handle post-repossession activities, manage our lot operations, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our office. As a Lot Attendant, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing vehicle redemptions, personal property inventory, and storage
• Coordinating vehicle transport and other office functions
• Maintaining the lot's grounds, including grass cutting, tree trimming, and debris removal
• Utilizing computer skills, including email, scanning, faxing, and uploading pictures
• Multitasking, phone management, and organizational tasks

Requirements:

• At least 24 years of age (for insurance purposes)
• No more than 2 driving infractions within the last 3 years
• No felony criminal history
• Excellent attention to detail, honesty, and flexibility
• Strong computer literacy and organizational skills
