Role Description

As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding clients to maximize their use of cutting-edge software solutions, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and technical proficiency. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service, adept at troubleshooting, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

  • Familiarity with Syrve software is a significant advantage.

  • Proficiency with PC or laptop setups to facilitate work.

  • Experience in the restaurant industry is highly desirable. (Especially as a manager or administrator who understands the inner workings of such establishments.)

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

  • Russian language skills are a strong plus.

  • Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.

  • A customer-centric mindset, committed to resolving diverse user challenges.

  • Eagerness to absorb and manage a large volume of technical and industry-specific information.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multitasking environment while maintaining efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on effectively utilizing software solutions.

  • Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored recommendations leveraging software features.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client challenges related to reports, finance, accounting, inventory, purchasing, and marketing.

  • Diagnose and correct system configuration errors efficiently.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
