Creative Strategist

Remote · USA Full-time New today

We’re looking for a bold, imaginative, and strategic Creative Strategist to drive the creative direction across multiple performance-driven accounts. Each strategist leads the creative vision for their assigned brands — from concept to execution — while working closely with the Head of Creative and collaborating across teams.

You’ll be the strategic driver behind every piece of content: building messaging systems, crafting compelling ad narratives, and mentoring creative producers to push performance boundaries. This role is about marrying data with storytelling, creative instinct with consumer insight — and doing so with clarity, confidence, and collaborative energy.

Salary: $3000+ (negotiable depending on qualification/experience)

Type of Work: Full-time remote

Work Schedule: North America hours

Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Account Ownership

  • Lead creative direction for client accounts from ideation to execution.
  • Develop messaging frameworks aligned with client goals and performance data.
  • Guide designers, editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive output.

Strategic Storytelling

  • Create ad concepts using consumer psychology and emotional triggers.
  • Turn insights into high-performing content and evolving brand messaging.

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Support the Head of Creative in maintaining high creative standards.
  • Mentor team members through feedback and creative guidance.
  • Partner with media buyers and campaign managers to align goals.

Requirements

  • In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your thinking, copywriting, and performance creativity.
  • Excellent copywriting and messaging development skills — across short-form and visual-first content.
  • Comfort with interpreting performance data to inform creative pivots.
  • Experience collaborating across teams and disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (with backup).
