Senior Product Manager

Clarium Health is transforming healthcare supply chain operations through our AI-powered data platform. As a Senior Product Manager at Clarium, you'll own and drive the evolution of key products within our platform while contributing to our expanding product portfolio. You'll work closely with our engineering team, data scientists, and customers to deliver solutions that meaningfully impact healthcare operations.

• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for assigned products

• Collaborate with customers, engineering, and leadership to define product vision

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives

• Define and track key metrics for product success

• Contribute to overall platform strategy and new product initiatives

• Write detailed product requirements and user stories

• Work closely with engineering team to ensure successful feature delivery

• Manage product backlog and sprint planning

• Define and document product specifications, user workflows, and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with design team on user experience and interface decisions

• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and pain points

• Conduct user research and gather feedback on new features

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape

• Present product updates and roadmap to customers

• Work with sales team to support customer acquisition efforts

• Analyze product usage data to inform decision making

• Define success metrics and track product performance

• Strong technical background with ability to work effectively with engineering teams

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.)

• Experience with healthcare systems or operations

• Knowledge of supply chain operations or preference card management

• Experience with AI/ML products

• 5+ years of product management experience

• MBA or advanced degree

• Experience with agile development methodologies

• Background in data analytics or business intelligence products

• Strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into executable plans

Location: Remote with occasional travel to customer sites and team meetings
