As a key member of our team in North Haven, CT, you will have the opportunity to empower clients to 'Live Long' through our innovative stretching offerings. With a strong foundation in fields like physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more, you will deliver world-class stretching sessions and help drive the success of our studio.

As a Flexologist, you will provide personalized assisted stretches to clients, lead guided group stretching classes, and contribute to building a loyal membership base. Your responsibilities will include:

• Motivating and encouraging clients throughout their stretch sessions
• Building and retaining StretchLab memberships
• Ensuring client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing our policies
• Attending staff meetings and educational presentations
• Addressing member concerns and maintaining a strong social media presence
• Keeping equipment clean and well-maintained

In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive hourly pay range of $23-$26, commission-based sales opportunities, and performance-based bonuses. You will also have access to our proprietary training program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training.

To thrive in this role, you should have a passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility, as well as a preferred background in a related field (e.g., Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor, Dance Instructor). A fitness certification and experience working in a fitness/health environment are required.
