Marketplace Systems Analyst
As a Marketplace Systems Analyst, you will optimize and maintain the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for Uplight's marketplace product line, analyzing and improving procurement workflows, managing vendor data, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices. You will identify opportunities for automation and cost savings, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
Requirements
- 3-4 years in ecommerce operations, data analysis, business analysis, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Python with experience writing scripts to automate workflows and support system integrations
- Hands-on NetSuite expertise, supporting procurement, order management, and financial workflows
- Skilled in building and interpreting reports using Business Intelligence tools, paired with advanced SQL skills
- Expertise in integration management and experience with workflow automation platforms, leveraging various development environments
