Sr AI/ML Engineer - (Colombia/Remote)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 5-7 years of professional experience as an AI engineer or in a similar role
• Proficient in modern machine learning and AI techniques, including neural networks
• Experience with deep learning toolkits including torch, tensorflow, Jax
• Experience and proven track record in model architecture design, model training end to end from concept to deployment
• Experience with standing up and maintaining data pipelines generally and in the context of IoT / sensor networks specifically
• Familiarity with digital signal processing techniques (previous radar data experience a plus)
• Proficient in Python and/or C++ for model development/implementation
• Familiarity with quantization of models and deploying on the edge
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to tackle complex technical challenges
• Positive, team player with strong people skills and excellent communication
