Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking and managing real-world Web3 fraud and phishing cases across multiple platforms.
  • Support the analysis of scam reports, summarize case details, and help document detection logic or mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor data sources (blockchain, internal dashboards, external alerts) to identify suspicious activities or new fraud patterns.
  • Work with analysts and engineers to help reduce false positives and protect user assets.
  • Research and summarize recent phishing techniques, and Web3 fraud trends.
  • Participate in weekly operations reviews and contribute to improving internal workflows.

  • Genuine interest in Web3, cybersecurity, and solving real-world problems that impact users.
  • Systematic thinking — ability to break down problems, connect dots, and document insights clearly.
  • Strong sense of initiative — you take ownership, ask questions, and are eager to figure things out from different angles.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
