Position: VP, Account Executive Location: Remote - Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Fontana, Sacramento, Company: PFC Wealth Management & Insurance Services Current Opportunity: We are currently in search of experienced Account Executives who will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, developing appropriate financial plans, and delivering suitable financial solutions, primarily focusing on retirement supplement, Medicare, and final expense options. Account Executives will receive 10 – 15 warm leads weekly, generated by our marketing team at no cost. This position requires conducting 10 to 15 client appointments per week and achieving a minimum of 12 application closes monthly. The role necessitates exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to cultivate new client relationships to ensure a substantial influx of referrals. Account Executives play a critical role in fostering client relationships by conducting quality-compliant introduction meetings. They engage clients in in-depth discovery sessions to identify potential financial gaps and understand client desires. Additionally, they guide clients through the client acquisition process with expertise and professionalism. To excel in this position, candidates must possess a valid life and health insurance license and have a minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Building credibility, rapport, and connection with prospective clients is essential. This role requires a highly organized individual who demonstrates integrity and honesty, prioritizing the client's needs above all else while ensuring that their interests are at the forefront of every interaction. Strategic Planning and Execution: Attention to detail is critical for documenting all client meetings and conversations within the CRM system. Additionally, preparing and planning client meetings, along with other company-related gatherings, should be executed to maximize client satisfaction. Compliance: It is imperative to adhere strictly to all corporate, compliance, and regulatory requirements. In situations of uncertainty, consulting with a supervisor to devise the most compliant solution is necessary. Maintaining an active Life and Health Insurance license is also required. Continuing Education: A commitment to ongoing professional development is vital, with a dedication of at least six hours per week to training and learning, which reinforces and positions an Account Executive as a competent financial services professional. Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Life Insurance / Financial Services Experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in client engagement and converting warm leads into client acquisitions
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the financial services sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective client interactions
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess client needs and potential financial gaps and opportunities
  • Proficient in relationship management, backed by an extensive personal network
  • Outstanding presentation skills with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Must possess an active Life and Health license. AHIP certification is a plus for Medicare product sales
  • Must be able to successfully pass carrier background check

Compensation: This position operates as an independent contractor role on a pay-for-performance basis, with a targeted annual income of $90,000 - $ 135,000 at 100% of quota achievement.
