Your Mission

Your mission is to be the steward of tenant well-being and the heartbeat of our wellness experience at

The Forum. You'll lead with energy, empathy, and excellence, delivering a hospitality-driven approach to health that turns workouts into meaningful moments of connection, renewal, and well-being.

As the amenity floor nears completion, you’ll launch our wellness program. Reporting to the on-site Tenant Experience Director, you’ll collaborate closely to ensure fitness, engagement, and hospitality are fully aligned across the building’s gorgeous amenity floor and beyond. You’ll execute wellness-themed events and activations, stretch breaks in conference rooms, collaborations with F&B, and more.

Your Legacy

As a result of your time in this role, you transformed The Forum’s fitness center into more than a place to work out—it became a daily ritual, a space tenants turn to for connection, productivity, and longevity.

Because of your presence, tenants felt seen, supported, and inspired to prioritize their well-being. You built lasting relationships, maintained satisfaction scores above 95%, and drove steady increases in membership engagement, training utilization, and community participation.

Because of your leadership, the fitness center became a cornerstone of the tenant experience, an essential part of why people loved coming to work, and a differentiator that helps retain top tenants. In a building defined by design, innovation, and hospitality, you set the standard for what workplace wellness should be.

What You're Responsible For

  • Member Experience & Engagement: Create a warm, welcoming, and high-touch fitness environment. Learn names. Track goals. Follow up. Surprise and delight those coming to work out.
  • 1:1 Coaching & Group Training: Deliver 10–15 personal training sessions per week, convert complimentary assessments and sessions into loyal clients, and lead dynamic group fitness classes across formats. Maintain a class attendance rate of 60% capacity or higher. Set the tone for inclusivity and impact.
  • Revenue Performance: Own your personal training revenue targets by establishing a consistent schedule with your training clients and maintaining a high conversion rate of complimentary sessions to package purchases. Support site-wide service revenue goals. Use lulafit’s proprietary technology to track progress and drive outcomes.
  • Programming & Innovation: Partner with the Tenant Experience Director to activate wellness programming that’s both fun and functional—from pop-up classes to themed challenges, both inside and outside the fitness center.
  • Operational Excellence: Guide members through the enrollment process using the Lulafit app to ensure accurate data reporting. Utilize membership management tools and software platforms with expertise to support operational needs.
  • Facilities Upkeep: Keep the space running like a dream: clean, fully stocked, and aesthetically sharp. You’ll own locker room standards, daily maintenance, and special touchpoints like eucalyptus towels and infused water.
  • Who You Are - Baseline Expectations

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, or NSCA required)
  • 3+ years of experience as a fitness manager and personal trainer
  • CPR/AED + First Aid certifications
  • Group fitness certification(s) + ability to teach multiple formats to groups of all sizes and fitness levels
  • Confidence working with all levels of clientele, from new members to C-suite executives
  • Previous experience executing wellness events, such as private classes, themed or specialty classes, member appreciation events, and/or other promotional events
  • Who You Are - Core Competencies

  • Obsessively customer-centric: You have an innate hospitality mindset and a track record of exceeding expectations. You thrive when you’re serving others and take pride in making people feel seen and valued.
  • A hyper-organized ball juggler: You’re a natural multitasker who stays on top of details, constantly reprioritizing to keep things running smoothly. Chaos doesn’t scare you—it motivates you.
  • A stellar communicator: You’re approachable, professional, and responsive. You build trust easily, communicate with empathy, and are just as comfortable chatting with C-suite executives as you are with first-time gym-goers.
  • Creative and innovative mindset: You don’t just do what’s been done—you ask what could be better. You think beyond the obvious and bring fresh energy to problem-solving and programming.
  • Technologically savvy: You’ve worked across a variety of digital tools and platforms and bring a curious, solution-oriented mindset to any tech stack.
  • A reliable team player: Your past managers would say that you are dependable, collaborative, and that you show up every day ready to “pick up an oar.” You understand how your role fits into the larger mission and care deeply about collective success.
