Marketing Associate

Remote · USA Full-time New today

Overview

At Rain, we’re rebuilding the global financial pipes money flows through. Our infrastructure makes stablecoins usable in the real world by powering credit card transactions, cross-border payments, B2B purchases, remittances, and more. We partner with fintechs, neobanks, and institutions to help them launch solutions that are global, inclusive, and efficient. If you’re curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial system, we’d love to talk.

Our Ethos

Operating at the epicenter of stablecoin innovation means moving fast and thinking globally. Our team reflects the diverse, international audiences we serve. We hire people who stay agile as the tide ebbs and flows, fix what’s broken without waiting, chase trends before they peak, and remember to have fun through it all.

What we're looking for

Rain is seeking a highly accountable, motivated Marketing Associate to join our Growth team in NYC. You’ll play a pivotal role in amplifying Rain’s presence in the fintech ecosystem—helping us tell our story, scale awareness, and support our Business Development team in attracting new partners. You’ll report to the Marketing Lead and work cross-functionally with BD, Ops, Engineering, and Legal to launch campaigns and communications that are compelling, accurate, and timely.

What you'll do

  • Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including content, email, events, and partner activations.

  • Help manage Rain’s content calendar, producing or coordinating thought leadership content, social content, blog posts, and press releases.

  • Own ongoing community management across X and LinkedIn.

  • Assist with planning and executing Rain’s presence at key industry events, including exhibitor booths, messaging and content for on-stage keynotes and panels, and pre/post-event communications.

  • Collaborate with BD to craft decks, one-pagers, and other partner-facing materials.

  • Monitor campaign performance across key metrics and prepare insights and reports for the team.

  • Contribute ideas for new experiments and growth tactics to test.

What you'll bring to Rain

  • A demonstrated bias for action and a high standard of self-driven execution (i.e., you’re fully capable of writing final drafts that need little editing).

  • A creative, experimental mindset able to generate new ideas for campaigns, content, and formats Rain can pilot.

  • 1–4 years of B2B Marketing or Communications experience with a speciality in one of the following areas: Content Marketing; Event Marketing; or PR/communications.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—you can get things done with busy stakeholders.

  • AI-native, with the judgment to know when a human touch is better.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

  • Located in NYC and able to work regularly from our SoHo office.

Desirable but not mandatory

  • Experience at fintech, SaaS, or startup environments.

  • Familiarity with leading B2B marketing tools such as HubSpot, Muck Rack, ChatGPT/Perplexity/Claude, Figma, Canva, Ahrefs, and more.

Benefits

Our team works hard, so we make sure our benefits do too. Here’s what you can expect as a Rainmaker:

  • Top-tier coverage: We cover 95% of Medical, Dental, and Vision premiums.

  • 401(k) with matching: Invest in your future, just like we’re investing in ours.

  • Ownership that matters: Every team member gets equity because we believe in building together.

  • Work your way: Flexible hybrid setup with a prime SoHo office for NYC-based teammates.

  • Unlimited PTO: Because time to rest and reset is just as important as time to ship.

  • Product-first perks: Monthly budget to test our cards and features like a real user.

  • Wellness support: Monthly stipend to spend on fitness, therapy, or whatever keeps you thriving.

  • Home office setup: One-time stipend to create a space that works for you.

  • Team connection: Frequent company events, team dinners, and offsites to stay connected.

Compensation will vary based on experience from $50,000-$130,000
