Senior UI/UX Designer

We leverage top-tier technologies and expertise driven by a passion for innovation to drive progress. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing Design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to work on various design challenges. You will be involved in everything from early-stage research and creativity to the final delivery, which creates excellent experiences. WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• At least five years of professional design experience
• Experience designing web platforms and mobile applications
• Thorough knowledge of Human/User-Centered Design frameworks and processes within the web and mobile product development.
• General know-how of UX and accessibility best practices, as well as prototyping skills (e.g., expertise with software for creating rapid user experience wireframes and prototypes)
• Experience in user research and usability testing
• Excellent understanding of typography and classic design concepts
• An obvious passion for clear and functional design, responsive layouts, usability standards, and web and mobile technologies
• Ability to communicate design concepts/decisions in a convincing and clear way
• A portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of the stated requirements above
