Sales Support Representative (Flexible Schedule)

As a Remote Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our sales team succeed by providing administrative assistance, coordinating customer communications, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support sales representatives with preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.

  • Manage and update CRM records, ensuring all customer interactions and transactions are accurately documented.

  • Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and assist in pipeline management.

  • Prepare sales reports and performance metrics as needed.

  • Process orders, track shipments, and resolve issues related to order fulfillment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support.

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative assistance.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office or Google Workspace.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and using online collaboration tools.
