Act as a liaison between the employer and the community regarding community and customer needs ? Develop and promote home health programs and services while maintaining quality standards ? Provide counsel to the employer regarding community needs and program development ? Establish a public relations program to interpret the employer's services and foster good relations with physicians and community agencies ? Generate referrals from various healthcare settings and professionals What Is Required (Qualifications) ? Previous post-acute healthcare sales experience preferred ? Ability to articulate service capabilities effectively ? Ability to travel locally and attend sales meetings as required ? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ? Graduation from an accredited college/university preferred How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) ? 0-2 years of experience in healthcare sales, particularly in SNFs, DME, ortho, or cardiac ? Experience in developing sales plans and identifying key account targets ? Strong market intelligence and utilization of available tools ? Attendance at community/networking/social events and gatherings ?
