Microsoft is currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. Responsibilities: Â Provide excellent customer service to Microsoft users via chat, email, and phone. Â Troubleshoot technical issues, guiding users through solutions and ensuring satisfaction. Â Record and track customer issues in our internal system. Â Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer inquiries. Â Stay up-to-date with product updates and new Microsoft features. Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Â At least 1 year of customer service or technical support experience. Â Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Â Familiarity with Microsoft products (Windows, Office Suite) is a plus. Â Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible shifts.
