Job Description: Barnes & Noble is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building... Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns promptly. 2. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve overall customer experience. 5. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of any issues or escalations. 6. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Monitor and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of customer success initiatives. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 4. Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 7. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
