This role is perfect for you if... ?You enjoy chatting with people over the phone. ?You've had experience in administrative or receptionist roles. ?You're available to work Monday and Friday from 12 pm to 6 pm, and Saturdays between 7:30 am to 9 pm. ?You can commit to 2 weeks of paid training sessions, happening Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 9 pm. ?You can complete 16 hours of shadowing, which we'll schedule around your classes. And here's what you'll need: ?A reliable hardwired internet connection. ?A high-quality wired headset with a microphone. ?A USB keyboard and mouse. ?The ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues.
