KEY DUTIES: • Manage calendars, and find scheduling for meetings and calls. • Develop relationships with clients, and respond to emails from them on the client’s behalf. • Help with project planning and resource scheduling. • Handle minor administrative tasks. • Quickly notify the client of urgent customer issues. KEY PROFILE: • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. • At least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within a Not-for-Profit. • Basic technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and calendar management software. • Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written communication. • Strong social skills, as well as good interpersonal instincts. • Attention to detail, and professionalism during communications. • Self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience. • Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems. • Strong networker and relationship builder.
