The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our customers through live chat, ensuring that customers have the best possible user experience. Job Responsibilities: ? Respond in real-time to customer inquiries through the live chat platform. ? Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions based on our product offerings. ? Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence, ensuring prompt and correct responses to customers. ? Coordinate with other teams for customer issue resolution when needed. ? Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a high level of customer service. Desired Qualifications: ? A high school diploma; related customer service training will be a plus. ? Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficient with computers and capable of multitasking across various systems and platforms. ? Ability to handle customer complaints and maintain a calm presence under pressure. ? Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and decision-making skills. Nice-to-haves: ? Experience in a customer support role; ? Experience with CRM systems and practices. ?
